Visiting this website

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies set by Software In Fact. Fonts and site images are hosted with the website. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and security logs to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

Starting a conversation

The project brief stays in your browser while the page is open. It is not submitted to a server or stored by this website. Choosing “Open email draft” passes your brief to your email application. You decide whether to send it. Choosing “Copy brief instead” copies the text to your device’s clipboard.

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, discuss your project, and manage the business relationship. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

Keeping and sharing information

We keep project correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, carry out agreed work, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual obligations.
